2666 by Roberto Bolano, translated from the Spanish by Natasha Wimmer. And this is probably why, out of all the 'books' in 2666, I liked Book II best. It wasn't as if I had been dying to read it. A few weeks ago I said that I was considering doing the group read of Robert Bolano's novel 2666. The book is huge, almost 1,000 pages. Perhaps the only writer of international inter.
